Jealous Jayce (7)
“Whats going on here” Jayce asked angrily
“Jayce it’s not what it looks like” sal said.
“Man I wouldn’t do that I know how you feel about her” he added.
“That's not what the closeness of her to you said” Jayce yelled.
“Jayce I had a nightmare and I started crying and” I started crying again.
“You guys all died in a gang fight and you wouldn’t let me help fight because you didn’t know if it was fair or not and sal was there when I woke up” I said threw the tears.
“I had the same dream when Jayson was spending the night the other night” I added wiping the dry tears away.
“Two-bit I..I didn’t know” Sal said with sympathy
“The gang means more than the world to me I wouldn’t be me if it weren't for you guys you know that you’ve saved me in more ways than you know” I added.
They looked at me weirdly and then I see the tear start to run down their faces. “Guys don’t cry you’ll make me cry again and I’ve cried enough the last two days it feels weird, besides hoods aren't supposed to cry”
“I don't believe your guys story” Jayce said and walked out slamming the door.
“Fine don't but I wouldn’t do that to you man I am not that type of person” Sal yelled after him,
I just sat on the bed and cried myself to sleep. Sal must have crawled in bed with me after I fell asleep because he was laying there when I woke up next. It was 12:30 and everyone was at school except for me and sal so we just talked in my room all day but I didn’t bring up the fact that I was planning to run away or the fact that I was going to do it in the middle of the night one of the days.
When everyone came home from school they all came marching up to my room and saying Sal you know real well how jayce feels about Two-bit you don't go taking other people’s girls.
They dragged him into the front yard and started beating him up that's when I decided to grab my dads truck keys and tried to stop the fight. When the fight was over I asked Hot-topic if I can stay at his house and he said “NO YOU CAN’T”.
A tear rolled down my cheek and I walked back inside and called my Aunt Lily to see if I could come live with her and Keith who is my cousin. When she said yes I loaded Boots into the cat carrier fed him and watered him put his bed into the passenger seat put the carrier in the back set of the truck a carried Sal to the truck and sat him in the passenger seat he was knocked out cold. I my backpack on the ground in the front and then I put my suitcase in the backseat with the cat. I walked by my step sister Jayden seven time when I was packing up the truck.
My dad has and old ford truck that doesn’t have a real back seat it has two small seat in the back but it’s not a real back seat. Then I put the beastie boy CD’s in that I own and played them on the way to Sals house where I dropped him off to recover then I headed to Tulsa Oklahoma to live with my Aunt.
