Heading Towards the Village (5)
Its has been two days since the group has slept. Aaron is still holding Shelby and Zerynn was holding conor. The group was getting hungry and getting pretty tired at Laurance and Zerynns on and off arguments.
“How old are you are you what six-teen and you have two children” Laurance said egging on Zerynn.
“I have one kid and I am twenty, one of them is my brother the other one I found in the village I came from” said Zerynn.
“So it is your kid” said Laurance.
“Fine if you say so” said Zerynn.
“Why are you by yourself in this world did your daddy abandon you” said Laurance still egging on Zerynn.
“I don’t have a father” said Zerynn.
“Then why are you in this world” said Laurance.
Eventually Zerynn had enough of Laurance toying with her she took out her sword and tackled Laurance.
“WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME OR SOMETHING WHAT IS IT, IF YOU DO TELL ME IF NOT LEAVE ME ALONE” yelled Zerynn
“Could you guys keep it down” said a elderly man said in the distance.
“Look the werewolf girl showed her ears” whispered Laurance.
At this point the elderly man showed himself. He had dark hair and dark eyes, he also had werewolf ears. Aaron took one look at him and then one look at Zerynn and said to katlyenn don't the old man and Zerynn look alike.
“Who are you calling old man, and did I hear you correctly did you say the name Zerynn.” asked the old man.
Zerynn looked up from Laurance. “Yeah he said Zerynn why do you ask” questioned Zerynn.
“Well I had a daughter named Zerynn” said the old werewolf man said.
“Okay well who are you if you don’t mind me asking” said Zerynn.
“Where are my manners I forgot to introduce myself my name is Hayden’ said he old man.
“Ohh look werewolf girl found her daddy” said Laurance.
“He is not my father my father was a cruel man I don't have a father” said Zerynn.
“What was your mother's name young lady” asked Hayden.
“ Mm...my mother's name was cadenza.” replied Zerynn.
“Brown hair beautiful blue eyes had another daughter named Lily” described Hayden.
“Yy… yeah why” asked Zerynn.
“Well Zerynn look who found her father” said Hayden.
“Daddy's little girl” said Laurance
“SHUTUP Laurance” screamed Katlyenn.
Katlyenn walks up to Hayden and said “well we, need to leave now we are about a day and a half away before we get to my home I am glad you found your daughter but she is my guard so she needs to leave with me.”
“Well if you leave I will hunt you down and hurt you. And she is not your guard she doesn’t have very much of your sent on her.” said Hayden
Zerynn pushed katlyenn and she fell on the ground and then she Zerynn then she took her sword against Haydens arms and said “how well are your fighting skills”
“Ohh you're a guard now I see you think you're all tough and all let me show you tought” said Hayden.
*SMACK* hayden smacked Zerynn right across her face. Zerynn didn’t like it so she stuck her purple and black sword right through Hayden's chest.
“Don’t ever threaten me or my friends again and don’t let the wolf tribe anywhere near me got it” said Zerynn.
“ ggg… got ii...it” said Hayden.
“Well I know now not to mess with Zerynn” said Laurance and Travis together.
“Travis you have no need to be scared of me but Laurance on the other hand does” said Zerynn.
“I am now terrified” said Laurance
“She would make a good gard” said Travis.
“Wouldn’t she” said Katlyenn surprised that someone threatened her.
“She usually doesn’t get threatened I don't think that man recognized her usually people recognize her as who she is a firefist and they leave her alone but he didn’t” said Garroth.
“I know who you are your kate… lynn tt..he f...firefist I threatened you because I am a werewolf and I am hot headed like one so I thought I could take you on along with your guards. Zerynn you are a dicarse to your people you protect humans you're supposed to kill them.” said Hayden.
“I am not like you I would never do that and plus I was raised a human” said Zerynn.
“Iii...kno…….. “ said Hayden as his last words to his long lost daughter.
Zerynn walked over to katlyenn to help her up
“You okay” asked Zerynn
“I kinda pushed you over” Zerynn added.
“Yeah i’m fine you didn’t mean to hurt me ohh *and your ears and tail are showing are you okay with that I mean you look good but do want them to show*” said katlyenn as she got quieter.
“Nahh I am fine with them AT LEAST I AM NOT SCARED TO SHOW WHO I REALLY AM LIKE SOME PEOPLE IN THIS GROUP.” said Zerynn.
“That actually describes two people here” Katlyenn whispered.
“Ohh who” Zerynn whispered back.
“Travis is related to the demon warlock and he hates himself for it” whispered Katlyenn.
“Ohh okay” said Zerynn.
“My statement still stands and just to let you know I am saying this against Laurance” said Zerynn.
“Shall we move on” said Zerynn
“Yes we should” said katlyenn.
“I can't wait to see my sister Baylie again” said Garroth.
“Honey don’t you have a brother as well” asked Laurance.
“Yeah” said Garroth.
“Ohh what's his name's” Zerynn asked.
“I actually have two brothers one named Vylad and the other one is named Zayn he is from O’krisies my home” said Garroth
“Zayn killed my sister” said Zerynn sadly and angrily at the same time.
“He KILLED MY SON AND VILLAGE THAT MONSTER IS YOUR BROTHER” said Aaron with hatred in his voice.
“Yeah” said Garroth embarrassed of his brother
“I hate him to. I to think he is a monster and a cruel person he is” added Garroth.
“Does everyone know who he really is” asked Aaron.
“A monster… no but they do know he is the high priest of O’krisis so they have to show respect, the only people that know who he really is, is you guys and me the the rest is dead” said Garroth.
“Figures doesn’t your other siblings know as well.” said Laurance.
“Yes they do but like I said the rest are dead I am meaning Vylad. Baylie knows too but she tries not to have that get to her she looked up to Zayn when she was younger, but now not so much” said Garroth.
“Can we please stop talking about this we are almost to the village and I don't want to add fear into the village any more than there already is.” said katlyenn.
“Here we are the gates of Phoenix's rise” said Travis.
“It's okay looking I guess” said Zerynn.
“How strong is the wall surrounding the village” asked Aaron.
“I don't know we never had war, so the walls most likely need something better and stronger than stone” said Garroth
“I agree” said katlyenn.
“Hey let us in” said Garroth.
“Okay Garroth” said a woman's voice.
“Thanks Baylie” said Garroth.
At that moment the gate was opened and they walked into the village. Baylie had blond hair and bright blue eyes, she wore grey armor and had a light blue sword on her belt.
She jumped down and said “hello”
“He...llo” said Zerynn a little startled.
“Don’t need to be scared she is just really hyper” said Garroth.
“I realized that” said Aaron.
“Baylie take Zerynn and get her fitted and suited up in armor” said lord Katlyenn.
“Yes lord Katlyenn” said Baylie.
As Baylie and Zerynn walked off to get Zerynn some armour Katlyenn and Laurance took Aaron to get settled into a hotel room until there was better living arrangements for them. Travis and Garroth went home so travis can feed his cow and Garroth went home as well so he could make dinner and feed his and Laurance cat.
