Dream walkers
“Hello is anyone home” screamed Laurance.
“Hello Laurance” screamed back a woman's voice.
“We need help” screamed Baylie in a wipper.
“Are you okay” asked one of the other womans voice.
“I am a fine Kassandra” said Baylie.
“Anything I can help with” asked Kassandra.
“No we need Raylyenn or Lucinda” said Baylie.
“Rhiannon can you get Raylyenn” yelled Kassandra.
“Raylyenn can you go down stairs someone needs you help” said Rhiannon.
When Kassandra walked down stairs she noticed Baylie was crying.
“Come here Baylie its wasn’t your fault” said Kassandra trying to calm down Baylie, but she ended up making it worse.
When Raylynn walked down stairs she already had her potions at hand.
“Laurance what do you need help with” said Raylyenn.
“I don’t need your help she does” said Laurance.
“What happened” asked Rhiannon.
“Where did you come from” asked Laurance.
“Upstairs” answered Rhiannon.
“Ohh, well in that case we were sparring and I struck her with my sword and she backed up into Baylies sword please help” asked Laurance with a tear coming down his face.
“I can help” said Raylyenn.
“Please do” said Laurance.
“Here she going to take a few days to heal”said Raylyenn.
Raylyenn had given Zerynn a healing potion. With a spark there was no wound but that just stoped the bleeding from coming to the surface. But it immediately started to bruise.
“Thanks” said Baylie.
When they were done Laurance carried Zerynn back to her house where the met Aaron.
“Sorry that this happens this usually doesn’t happen” said Laurance.
“It's fine she held herself well in the battlefield until that incident even then she still held herself pretty well” said Aaron.
“Yeah she did” agreed Laurance.
“Thanks for helping her, most people wouldn’t do that. That really shows what type of person you are”commented Aaron.
“Thanks but more importantly where can I lay her down she’s getting kinda heavy ”asked Laurance.
“Follow me” said Aaron.
Laurance followed Aaron to the basement where Zerynn slept. Laurance put Zerynn on her bed and said goodbye to Aaron and left.
The next morning Baylie showed up to see how Zerynn was feeling or if she was awake or something to give her a sign that she was alive. Again Aaron lead someone to Zerynn room where she laid in her bed not awake and not aware that the world was moving. Baylie reached down and touched her wrist. When Baylie touched her wrist Zerynn woke up and grabbed baylies wrist and pulled it away from her.
“Hey, what happened” asked Zerynn.
“Sorry I scared you” said baylie
“Let me go get Laurance I think he can explain it better than I can” Baylie added.
Then Baylie ran to get Laurance and while she was away Aaron asked questions.
“What do you remember from yesterday” asked Aaron
“Not much I remember that we dropped the kids off at Zoeys place to go to a sparring match I remember that we played and then Laurance stuck his sword and that’s it” answered Zerynn.
At that moment Laurance and Baylie came back.
“Hey” said Laurance
“Hey?” answered Zerynn.
“What happened yesterday?”asked Zerynn.
“Well you got stabbed” said Laurance.
“By you” asked Zerynn.
“No it wasn’t me” said Laurance.
At this time Baylie was crying in the corner of the room.
“I am so sorry Zerynn” said baylie.
“Me too. If I would have known that Baylies sword was behind you I wouldn’t have struck you.” said Laurance.
“But when I did you stepped back into Baylies sword” said Laurance.
“Then how am I still alive.”Asked Zerynn.
“I carried you to the witchcraft users and they healed you with a healing potion then I carried you back here” said Laurance trying to hide the tears.
“It's my fault that you are in this situation” said Laurance letting the tears out.
Zerynn wiped the tears off of Laurance and said “the fact that you helped me describes what type of person you are. The fact that you owned up to the situation described what type of person you are I am not mad at you, I want to thank you for all the help you did so…thank you” said Zerynn.
“Thanks for your help both of you” she added.
“No problem what are friends for” said Laurance.
“So you told him” asked Zerynn.
“Yeah. I had to or you guys would just keep fighting if I didn’t, and plus he was talking trash about the girl who tackled him on the way here so I assumed that he was talking about you so I told him.” said Baylie.
“She did tell me you wanted to be friends” said Laurance.
“She also said that you know what it's like to be different” he added and looked kinda sad.
“Baylie did you tell him everything I told you” asked Zerynn.
“Ahh. no I did not tell him everything” replied Baylie.
“Travis” she added.
“He doesn’t know” asked Zerynn.
“Know what” asked Laurance.
“Nevermind” said Baylie.
When they were talking Zerynn got up and tried to walk over to her desk to get something from it, but as soon as she stood up she fell right back down. But she didn’t give up she got up again and she took a step but she fell as soon as her foot hit the ground. Laurance got up and helped Zerynn up and sat her on the bed.
“What were you trying to get” asked Laurance.
“In my desk there is a book it is a green book I want you to read it” said Zerynn
“What is the book about” asked Laurance.
“The type of powers and how to deal with them” answered Zerynn
“I think you could use it there is stuff about…” she added
“Shadow knights” she said in a whisper.
“You think it could help me control it because that's what I need right now” said Laurance.
“No telling but it can help you understand what being a shadow knight means and some times theres recommendations for other books to read that might help” said Zerynn
“Thanks” said Laurance.
Then him and Baylie walked out of the house saying by to Zerynn and Aaron they went to go do there duties which was tell Lord Katlyenn the progress on Zerynn and if she is healing well or not. After they did that they went on there patrol.
“Hey Aaron can you bring me the children” asked Zerynn.
“Yeah let me go get them” said Aaron.
He walked upstairs and the grabbed Shelby and Conor and placed them down on the bed next to her. Conor was sleeping like a rock and Shelby was giggling with her wide emerald green eyes when she saw her mama, but she fell asleep in Zerynn’s Arms shortly after. while she was watching the baby sleep she realised the color of her hair was turning from a light blond to a rusty red color. “My baby girl is going to have bright green eyes and rusty red hair” said Zerynn quietly letting her baby sleep.
