The first day of suspension (2)
I woke up at my friend Jayson’s house which is like my fourth home, we said good morning to his dad and walked over to Hot-topics house where we eat breakfast. Todays breakfast was cereal because Hot-topics mom wasn’t feeling too well and his dad doesn’t know how to make pancakes. At Hot-topics house we each have our own cereal type, mine is coco puffs Jayson’s is tricks, Mad-dog’s is fruity pebbles, Sal’s is cinnamon toast crunch and Jayce’s is just cheery o's because he doesn’t like real sugary cereals.
We all grabbed our bowls and went over to the couch where we watched some of our favorite show on netflix's which was iZombie we were on season two. Once our morning episode was done everyone headed to school except for me and Hot-topic.
We went up to his room and grabbed some money that he saved up and we walked out the door and got on our bikes and headed to town. Once we got to lancaster mall we went into journies and bought each of us a pair of brightly colored neon socks, I used my own money that I got from washing cars. To buy an new skateboard and a backpack. Once we got out of the store I put my wallet my knife and my new pair of socks in the back pack took the tag off of my backpack and put it on my back. After we were done we went to Hot Topic which was one floor down from journeys and we got some t-shirts once again on the way out of the store I put them in my backpack and then we headed out of the mall.
After we got out of the mall we walked across the street over to F.Y.E (for your entertainment) and I bout a eminem album and an Outsiders poster and another shirt that said beastie boys on it. When we paid of all of our stuff and got out of the store we started walking down the sidewalk there was a group of people and I ended up pick pocketing all but one of them, by the end of the day when the other people of our group got home from school I ended it with two switch-blades which are illegal here in oregon, seven wallets six packs of gum two pocket watches and four normal pocket knives. I gave each of my friends other than me and Jayson the normal pocket knives and I gave Jayson one of the switchblades. I divided the packets of gum to each person and took out all the wallets from my backpack and counted all the money and change and it all added up to 1oo dollars even. I split the money seven ways and because we have a savings in a small plastic bag in the cooler that has over 200 dollars in it, and gave each of everyone in my gang fourteen dollars and the change also went into the savings. We walked over to the ally and I grabbed a Coke from the cooler hidden in the back behind a junk trashed car, and I sat down on the car seat after I put the money in the plastic bag in the cooler, we talked about what happened at school but I kinda Zoned out up until Tito came running into our ally and said “Nick you beat up that one soc right”
“Yeah why” I said with a curious voice.
“You at least started gang conflict” Tito said with an out of breath tone.
“Me and Jessie will help fight in gang fights” said Tito.
“Uhh thanks but I think we could hold our own” snapped Jayce
“Hey he wasn’t talking to you” Jayson snapped back to Jayce
“We could use all the help we can get” Sal agreed
“We would love you to help us fight, we might need to get you a blade tho” I said to Tito.
“A Blade would be nice, can I sit with you guys” he asked.
“Yeah you may sit with us” said Jayson and Tito plopped down right next to Hot-topic who moved so that he could sit down. I got up and Gradded a Root beer and handed it to him and sat down again.
We just sat there and talked for about two hours and then the sun started to go down and we all had to go home I walked home with Hot-topic.
“Nick I’m sorry that you got suspended from on friday, I wish I could have been there to help” he said.
I just looked at him in shock that he called me by my first name then I realised that he apologized and I said “oh that's Okay, why did you call me Nick”
“I did sorry I didn’t even realise I called you by your real name, I think it has to do with my cousin came to live with my parents and he kinda got mad at me this morning because when I first woke up I called him Two-bit and then I had to explain who in the heck you were” he said.
“I didn’t see him this morning” I asked
“Yah he kinda had to leave to pick up his Girlfriend to take her out for breakfast for her birthday” he said “ he should be home when we get there”
“Oh is he sleeping in your room” I asked
“No he took up the couch” he clarified “your bed is still free”
“Thank goodness” I said
The rest of the way to his house we walked in silence once we walked into the house Hot-topic and I yelled “we’re home”
“I’m in the kitchen” said Hot-topics dad.
“What’s for dinner” asked Hot-topic
“Sandwitches make your own your mom is still not feeling well, NICK DINNER” he said.
“Geez, I’m right here, Dad number two” I teased.
“I forgot your name was Nick I was calling my nephew to come make his sandwich you spending the night” he asked
“Yeah like normal, I ain't wanted at home” I stated.
“Your always welcome here” Hot-Topic said “You're like a older sister to me”
“How sweet Matt is kissing butt” said an older teenager
“Hey pretty one my name is Nick” he said.
“I’m Two-bit” I said
“So this is the girl that you confused me with this morning” he said with a slight glare towards Hot-topic
I made myself a cheese sandwich and then walked over to the couch, “Hot-topic do you want to watch a movie” I asked.
“Yeah” he replied
“Which one” I asked
“The karate kid I haven’t seen that one in a while” Hot-topic suggested.
“That sounds like a great movie to watch” I agreed
Hot-topic and I sat down and started Eating our dinner and watching our movie. Nick came in and gave me and Hot-topic a Dirty look. When he opened him mouth was when I got up to go to the bathroom and after I was done in the bathroom I walked into the kitchen and “grabbed” a soda. Then I came into the Living and said “Hot-topic lets go”
“Where” he asked.
“Somewhere” I said. With my dangerous looking grin.
“Ohh, okay” he agreed and I took the Keys out of my pocket and walked out of the door. We both got into the Nick’s car without him realising that I stole his keys and that they weren’t mine. It wasn’t until I started the car that he realised that I stole his keys.
He came running out of the house and stood on the front porch yelling at us. I threw the car in reverse and stepped on the gas pedal and hit the stop sign that was sitting on the side of the road by Hot-topics house. After we got out of the driveway we went to the nearest seven eleven and I took out his cousins wallet and I bought a tub of Ice cream and some soda and candy, we paid for it and went back to the house.
Once we walked into the house we went into the kitchen and we put the ice cream in the freezer to cool off. Once Hot-topics dad came in the Kitchen and saw all of the seven eleven bags he was really happy because they had ran out of ice cream yesterday and his wife still wasn’t feeling good.
“Thanks Two, you really didn’t have to pay for our groceries” he said
“I didn’t I stole your nephews wallet and bought it all, but your welcome” I said.
“What about my wallet” asked Nick. I tossed him the now empty wallet and pulled out a cigarette and lit it and took one puff and coughed and kept the rest of them because it was a new pack.
“How can you guys smoke this stuff” I asked Nick.
He gave me a hard glare and Hot-topic took the smoke out of my hand and threw it in the firepit outside. Hot-topics dad took Nick into the other room to have a “word” with him about smoking. We scooped some ice cream into a bowl and sat down on the couch to finish our movie.
We could hear them arguing and fighting over the Tv and then all of a sudden I hear, “If you didn’t want me to find out you smoked you shouldn’t have kept them in your pocket when she’s around, because she’s really good a pick pocketing” from Hot-topic’s dad.
“Yeah I kinda figured that out when she stole my car Keys and wallet” Nick argued.
“What I hear about her from Matt she can get away with hundred of dollars without getting caught so be careful, Piss her off again and I’m serious she will pick pocket you she knows us well enough that she won’t us but she will you” he warned.
